Jeff Dubin
Head of News and Events, EBU, Geneva, Switzerland

In August 2008, I was appointed Head of News and Events for Eurovision (EBU), where my responsibilities include the Eurovision News Exchange, the Sports Exchange and Special News Operations. Prior to that, I was Eurovision’s Deputy Head of News from 1991 to 2008, based in Geneva.
Before joining the EBU, I served as Senior Output Editor for the European Business Channel (1990). From 1986 to 1990 I was Producer for The CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, winning an Emmy Award in 1988 for The Tragedy of Pan Am 103, A CBS News Special Report.
I was a producer on The CBS Morning News, first in New York from 1982 to 1984 and then in London from 1984 until 1986.
I started my career with CBS News in London, working first in Travel and Logistics, then working as Assistant Manager for Logistics for the network’s Special Events team (News) and, from 1981 to 1982, working as an Associated Producer for CBS News Syndication.
My e-mail address is dubin@eurovision.net and I look forward to hearing from you.
