Will Houghteling works at YouTube, where he heads up marketing and outreach for government and education verticals. This year he developed and launched the YouTube Town Hall, an online platform for members of Congress to debate users' questions. He also recently developed YouTube.com/government101 to help gov't partners get the most out of their YouTube presence. Before joining YouTube, Will worked at Google, first on Small Business Marketing and then on Android phone launches. He received his BA from Harvard in Sociology and Government.
