Supersaver Rate (Before 1 August) €825
Early Bird Rate (Between 1 August and 31 August) €975
Standard Rate (After 1 September) €1100
 
Industry Suppliers & Non-Broadcast Organisations
Supersaver Rate (Before 1 August) €1150
Early Bird Rate (Between 1 August and 31 August) €1325
Standard Rate (After 1 September) €1475
 
Freelancers and NGOs
Supersaver Rate (Before 1 August)  €600
Early Bird Rate (Between 1 August and 31 August) €700
Standard Rate (After 1 September) €800
 
Under 26 (any organisation or freelancer)
Supersaver Rate (Before 1 August)  €350
Early Bird Rate (Between 1 August and 31 August) €425

Cancellation Terms & Conditions:
Delegates who register and cancel prior to 1 September will receive a full refund, less a €75 administrative fee. After 1 September, cancellation fees will be incurred unless you purchase cancellation insurance at time of registration. 

Substitutions can be made at any time. The first substitution is free of charge.
Subsequent substitutions are subject to a € 75. net administrative charge.

1 October to 1 November 25%
After 1 November 0%
 
Cancellation Insurance
You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance. In the event that you need to cancel, you will be entitled to a refund on the delegates' fees, as per the following schedule.

100% cancellation insurance up to day of conference € 225
100% cancellation insurance up to 10 days prior to conference € 175
