This year, we are completely sold out at the two main conference hotels. We have very limited availability at another hotel, and we are selling out quickly. We will do our best to accommodate your request and reservations will be confirmd on a first come first serve basis.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTELS DIRECTLY. WE NEED TO STRICTLY MANAGE THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES BOOKED AT THOSE HOTELS SO THAT WE CAN COORDINATE OUR SHUTTLES, ETC.
